All orders placed at Silva Shop are shipped via CTT or DPD .

Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday . Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are processed on the next business day.

Dispatch times may also vary depending on product availability:

• In stock: shipped on the same business day or the next business day following order confirmation.
• Available in stock: dispatched from our facilities within 1 to 2 business days of the order (this timeframe may vary between 3 and 5 business days, depending on the supplier).
• Made-to-order: production time varies depending on supplier demand; the order is shipped as soon as the product is received at our facilities.
• Out of stock: please contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp to confirm availability and delivery time.

After dispatch, the average delivery time within mainland Portugal is 1 to 3 business days , though this may vary depending on the recipient's location. Delivery times may be longer for the islands (Azores and Madeira) and other destinations.

The indicated timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change due to reasons beyond Silva Shop's control (weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, among others).

Order Tracking
As soon as Silva Shop dispatches the order, the customer will automatically receive an email with the tracking code, allowing them to monitor the delivery status and—when available on the carrier's platform—change the delivery date and location directly online.

Automatically sent by email.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the dimensions of the order (weight and volume) and the delivery address. The exact amount can be confirmed when adding products to the cart and is always displayed to the customer before the purchase is completed.

Problematic Deliveries
